A little about me...

Thanks for visiting my blog. I started writing here two years ago as a way to update family and friends with the happenings of our growing family. The more I wrote, the more I read (other blogs and websites), and the less isolated I felt on this journey called parenting, or on a broader spectrum, life. The more I wrote the more necessary it's become for me to write. Writing has proven much cheaper than therapy. And along the way I've discovered, I'm not horrible at it, despite what my middle and high school report cards say. Hey, Mr. Casler. Can you deal with THAT?!

Though my writings most often center around my incredibly adorable children, the content will inevitably be shaken up in the near future as I'm about take on the title "working mom" and return to the (paid) workforce. Wish me luck! I let you know how it goes....

Thank You!

We've been overwhelmed with such nice gifts, not only for Peyton, but also some incredibly thoughtful gifts for Libby. Thank you to all of you who have been so sweet to our family and generous with our girls.

Bev, you won't believe how much fun Libby has "skating" around on her booties. We all laughed so hard.

Greg and Vikki, This is unbelievable. I WISH my family had one of these when I was a little girl. It would have saved me so much embarrassment. I'm still no good at peeing in the woods. Libby is fascinated!

Beeeeeeeebo! You make us so pretty!

Everyone that pitched in for our jogger.....We love it! It has made us mobile, and that means mama has her sanity.....well, most of it. It pushes like a dream, and goes everywhere we go.
