Friday night by the fire, Ryan, Blake, Jen, Peyton and Shane.

Libby isn't quite sure about a caterpillar that Olivia and Blake caught.

Peyton slept in the bathtub.

Peyton snoozin' by the fire.

Olivia smiles for the camera.

Shane puts air in the tire, but had to change it today before we left.

Four kids on a four wheeler.....count 'em.... Blake, Kelly, Olivia and Jason. Kelly was the driver most of the time. She made me look like a granny.

We put Libby down for a nap, but instead she had some fun pulling diapers (hers and Peyton's) off of the shelf next to her. I wish I could've seen her in action!

Great spot for ice cream.

Blake catches some rays while watching the swimmers.

A great spot with great friends

Up the creek without a paddle....literally. Notice the handle in Jason's hand? No paddle on the end of it.....:) Grunny got it off of the bottom for them.

Libby tried out the tire swing.

Jason shows her how it's done.

Startin' the day with blueberries.

The morning's catch....crawdads.

a HUGE camp breakfast....the works!

Blake and I take a spin on the quad.

All worn out.

Hi stranger! We got your birth announcement in the mail today and decided to check out your blog! It is so great to hear from you. I would love to catch up.....it's been too dang long! Let me give you a quick synopsis of our lives...we too just had a baby in May...baby Hailey! That makes three for us. Raegan is 5, and Spencer is 2. I don't feel old enough or qualified enough to have 3 kids! :) We just got a family photo taken so you can see everyone if you want. Go to www.alyssajul.com and under the login page type gus. There we are! I'm taking this year off from teaching to stay home with the gang. It should be interesting. I am coaching volleyball, though at Sherwood HS so I will stay somewhat busy this fall. Keith started a business that takes way too long to explain exactly what he does, but that's going well. We still have our two labs, Kona and Cabo, who have quickly become the lowest on the totem pole in our expanding family. Poor dogs! That's us in a nutshell! I would love to keep in touch!!
Take care,
Em

LOVE the photos of the Lil' Acre!! We had a great time together. It's a special place for us. You will both be invited back again... even after the ceremonial diaper burning! :)
