Thanks for visiting my blog. I started writing here two years ago as a way to update family and friends with the happenings of our growing family. The more I wrote, the more I read (other blogs and websites), and the less isolated I felt on this journey called parenting, or on a broader spectrum, life. The more I wrote the more necessary it's become for me to write. Writing has proven much cheaper than therapy. And along the way I've discovered, I'm not horrible at it, despite what my middle and high school report cards say. Hey, Mr. Casler. Can you deal with THAT?!
Though my writings most often center around my incredibly adorable children, the content will inevitably be shaken up in the near future as I'm about take on the title "working mom" and return to the (paid) workforce. Wish me luck! I let you know how it goes....
I went through my summer pictures tonight to make a plan for how I'm going to get everything on my blog that I want to, before going back to work. I discovered a few overlooked gems....
See this piece Grunny? This one here? The one dripping a millimeter in front of your nose? This is watermelon. This one's mine. You can't have it. Also, I'm the boss, okay?
(If he weren't such a good boy, she'd be missing fingers.)
