Thanks for visiting my blog. I started writing here two years ago as a way to update family and friends with the happenings of our growing family. The more I wrote, the more I read (other blogs and websites), and the less isolated I felt on this journey called parenting, or on a broader spectrum, life. The more I wrote the more necessary it's become for me to write. Writing has proven much cheaper than therapy. And along the way I've discovered, I'm not horrible at it, despite what my middle and high school report cards say. Hey, Mr. Casler. Can you deal with THAT?!
Though my writings most often center around my incredibly adorable children, the content will inevitably be shaken up in the near future as I'm about take on the title "working mom" and return to the (paid) workforce. Wish me luck! I let you know how it goes....
The girls are working on some math today. Not so much because I want them to keep their skills up, but more so because the sound of math is more pleasant than the sound of fighting.
Also, it's worth noting that tattling is still tattling even if you lower your voice to a near whisper to do it, Peyton.
I went a little overboard on the pictures maybe, but it's been so long since I've posted anything here and the walk down memory lane was really fun. So, I included them all. Happy Father's Day, Babe. We love you....
And since every word of this post still rings true, I'll likely include it every year.
